We had a nice visit with two of our scholars supported by WOV, Sampriti and Isha after the holidays. After enjoying their Dashain and Tihar festival, they seemed pretty happy to be back to school and start their studies. Sampriti earned 1200 rupees by playing Deusi and Bhailo (group of kids or elderly people go door to door singing and dancing on the occasion of Tihar and people give them money and fruits as gifts). Isha went for a picnic to Nagi Gumba with her friends with the money collected and still got 500 rupees on top of that. Both are planning to use it for their educational expenses.

Sampriti
Sampriti- Deep in thought.
Isha – There is a smile!
